BCCAP, founded and directed by Bec Condino, was developed with the intention of providing a platform for dancers seeking to enhance their knowledge and skillset in contemporary dance and beyond.

The program is an additional form of elite training, aimed at dancers who would like to expand upon their regular studio commitments. Since establishing in 2019, BCCAP has become a home for many dancers across Sydney, who have since developed skills in movement principles, technique, choreography and artistry, as well as other vital aspects of the industry, including audition techniques, goal setting and fulfilment, professional networking and personalised branding.

BCCAP prides itself on providing a boutique, family-oriented environment for dancers to grow and thrive, with individuality highly welcomed and encouraged.

Our passionate team of industry professionals are committed to implementing opportunities for dancers to explore themselves as artists, with the freedom to push creative boundaries in a safe and inclusive space. At BCCAP, each dancer is valued and given one-on-one attention and feedback to ensure and enable personal growth and improvement, as both a dancer and person.
